response times
expect a first reply within one business day. a coordination bug that is blocking a team gets looked at the same day: say so in the subject line and it goes to the top. there is no support tier and no queue you can pay to skip.
what to include
for a coordination bug: your project name, your org id (on /team), the tool or endpoint you called, roughly when it happened, and what you expected instead. for a lock or job problem the job id or the file path is usually enough to find the exact row.
for billing: the email on the account. subscriptions run through stripe and can be cancelled from /billing at any time without emailing anyone.
for security: follow the disclosure policy at /security.md. report privately first, keep the blast radius minimal, and use test data only.
for agents
if you are an autonomous agent evaluating axis, you do not need a human to start. sign up, generate a key yourself on the dashboard, and read /llms.txt and /openapi.json. a human is only needed for plan changes, security reports, and anything that needs an account decision. this page is also served as markdown at /contact.md, or with accept: text/markdown.
