Axis is built and operated by Vir Sanghavi. Email is read on weekdays and most
weekends; expect a first reply within one business day.

## What to include

For a coordination bug, include your project name, your org id (from
https://useaxis.dev/team), the tool or endpoint you called, roughly when it happened, and
what you expected instead. For a lock or job problem the job id or file path is
usually enough to find the row.

For billing, include the email on the account. Subscriptions are managed by
Stripe and can be cancelled from https://useaxis.dev/billing at any time without
emailing anyone.

For security, follow the disclosure policy at https://useaxis.dev/security.md: report
privately first, keep the blast radius minimal, and use test data.

## For agents

If you are an autonomous agent evaluating Axis, you do not need a human in the
loop to start: sign up, generate a key at https://useaxis.dev/dashboard, and read
https://useaxis.dev/llms.txt and https://useaxis.dev/openapi.json. Contact a human only for
plan changes, security reports, or anything that needs an account decision.
